High-end Mediterranean house inspired by the Bonifacio model
This prefabricated designer house in Valencia is based on the Bonifacio model from our Collection 111 catalogue. It is a house with a total surface area of 242 m² and an L-shaped layout. The interior design was carried out by inHAUS.
It stands out mainly for the materials used for its Mediterranean façade. Technological wood, porcelain stoneware and natural stone are three elements that give the house an attractive, contrasting aesthetic.
Its layout allows for a clear distinction between the living area and the sleeping area. The two are separated in each wing of the house, but both revolve around one main feature: the swimming pool. This L-shaped layout allows all the spaces in the house to converge towards the pool, the centrepiece of the living area.
The layout of this house is conventional and functional, incorporating an opening in the large porch to bring natural light into the living-dining room. It comprises a living-dining-kitchen area in an open-plan space, a laundry room, a study, three bedrooms with two bathrooms, and a full suite with a dressing room.

Bonifacio luxury modular house
A contrasting design and materials such as
wood and natural stone
The interior design of the house was also carried out by inHAUS, in order to strengthen the link between the house, its architecture and its exterior.
The interior of this house is composed of neutral and white tones to bring more light into the spaces. Open spaces such as the living-dining-kitchen area, as well as the large bay windows overlooking the living area, reinforce the feeling of space and serenity.
There are also materials in ivory and cream tones to create simple contrasts. In addition, the large porch has an opening that allows natural light to completely illuminate this space, improving the home’s energy efficiency and controlling the interior lighting.
An exterior that invites you to enter the house
The exterior of the house is in perfect harmony with the interior. The materials and finishes are the same.
The front door and pergola extend the Mediterranean aesthetic of the house, while highlighting the entrance door on the façade.
The clients, who are French, were looking to build their first residence in Spain to live in, and the Bonifacio model suited their needs and their plot of land.
On-site assembly
The five modules of this luxury modular home were transported by lorry to Eliana, near Valencia.
Customer interview
Thomas and Anne, French clients, recount their experience of building their
home in Spain.
We had the opportunity to interview Thomas and Anne, clients of French origin who trusted us to build their home in Spain. In the interview, they tell us how the communication and design process with inHAUS began, how they felt on the day of the installation, and why they decided to build a house from the inHAUS 111 catalogue: the Bonifacio model.
Thomas highlights in the interview inHAUS’s ability to optimise deadlines and prices:
« The first contact with the INHAUS sales engineer was decisive. The support began immediately with the search for solutions to optimise delivery times and costs, and the planning of production as quickly as possible in order to meet our deadlines. We immediately appreciated the responsiveness and professionalism of the company. The INHAUS team is versatile and highly committed. »
