The house is divided into two floors plus a basement, each designed efficiently to make the most of the available space. The basement, accessible from one side of the house, can accommodate three cars, as well as a gym and a storage room.

The façade of the house is characterised by clean lines and a striking aesthetic, while the large black window frames contrast with the rest of the structure. In the interior design, neutral-toned materials have been used to create a calm atmosphere and promote natural lighting. Some of the furniture adds bolder touches, lending character to this elegant residence.

Straight, compact lines

The ground floor houses the living area, which includes a spacious bathroom to the right of the main entrance, an office opposite, and a bright, open-plan living room to the left. The fully open-plan living-dining room features a spacious table and a comfortable seating area. The semi-open kitchen, separated by a wall covered with the same material as the façade, features a central island and large cupboards. From here, you can access the garden, which has a swimming pool and continuous paving that creates a sense of fluidity.

The stairs leading to the upper floor are located to the right of the main entrance. On this floor is the sleeping area, which includes an impressive master bedroom en suite, equipped with a full bathroom and a large dressing room. There are also two single bedrooms and another full bathroom. A small lounge serves as a distributor between the bedrooms, adding an extra touch of comfort and functionality.
