A luxury modular house where natural stone from Bali is also used.
A new challenge for inHAUS: combining the concepts of prefabricated houses, Valencia and Bali. Mediterranean style and a touch of South Asian luxury are the key features of this modular concrete house. In addition, the brand’s premium quality standard is accompanied in this case by several extras offering additional guarantees and security.
This modular house is located in a residential area near Valencia. It is a version of the Menton model from inHAUS’s 111 collection. In other words, it is based on a model from our catalogue and has been easily adapted to the customer’s tastes and needs. This has resulted in customised houses in a record time of 5 months.
The house seeks to make the most of the view. On a sloping plot, the design offers breathtaking views of the sea on the horizon. The Mediterranean can be seen from the large veranda, the swimming pool and even from the large kitchen-living-dining room and the master bedroom.

Balinese natural stone, used in interior design
This modular house manages to create a very continuous space. The kitchen is open plan, in a modern style, but separate from the living room. The kitchen features white and neutral tones, like the rest of the interior of the house. The natural colours harmonise with the floors and other rooms.
This is an H-shaped house, like our Menton model. However, the interior layout has been modified. An exceptional master bedroom with en-suite bathroom occupies a central position. This suite also includes a bathroom that is a veritable spa and a very special dressing room.
The large bathroom and dressing room both have two skylights that provide natural light. Zenithal lighting, completely vertical. In addition, the spa area features the main exotic element: natural stone specially imported from Bali.
Finally, an exterior feature of this Menton model of our prefabricated homes: Valencia and natural stone from Bali blend together on the outside.
The façade is covered with a single coat of white paint (Mediterranean style) and Southeast Asian stone cladding. A perfect way to connect the two worlds.
