High-tech industrialised house Lyon model
A prefabricated house in Alicante that stands out for its linear aesthetics.
A modular house with a decidedly high-tech style, inspired by one of our prefabricated houses from catalogue 111: the Lyon model. This house has a total surface area of approximately 286 m² spread over two floors with porches.
A house that stands out for its modern and functional aesthetics, its E-shaped layout offering several views of the landscape and different orientations on the plot. Elements that showcase the modern architectural essence of this house, such as the use of LED lights to highlight the cantilevers, and the use of materials such as porcelain stoneware and engineered wood.
Its façade reflects the contrast that this house embodies both inside and out. The joinery is brown, the same colour as the engineered wood used to achieve a greater contrast in shades.

An interior rich in contrasts
Inside this house, there are four bedrooms spread over two floors. On the ground floor, we are greeted by a large open space comprising the living room, kitchen and dining room. These three areas are separated by a small wall in the middle.
On the ground floor, we also find the main suite of the house, with a large bathroom and a dressing room. Not to mention an incredible terrace overlooking the living area.
Overall, the spaces and choice of materials have been tailored to the clients’ tastes, in a modern style and tone. This is why there are strong contrasts inside the house, as is the case in the kitchen. A kitchen with dark materials that contrast with a light floor. An example of design that exudes personality and luxury.
On-site assembly
The five modules of this prefabricated house were transported by lorry to Alicante.

The design and construction of this luxury modular home began with the selection of one of the models from the inHAUS catalogue of 111 modular homes. The Lyon model met all the needs and requirements of our clients, who opted for this model with only minor modifications to the interior layout. An E-shaped layout allows for different orientations of the house on the plot and an open cube volume, following a modern aesthetic and high-tech style, with LED elements and new technologies.
