An industrialised concrete house with an interior design project led by inHAUS.

Located in Castellón, Spain, this house plays with multiple perspectives thanks to the complexity of its volumes. This interplay of volumes creates a rich interior space, combined with the high-tech style of the house, giving it an incomparable presence.

Bright colours and bold lines characterise the spaces in this house. The interior architecture has taken on such importance that it has shifted the materiality to the exterior of the house. The façade is covered with zinc, a stainless steel material that offers great durability and an aesthetic design suited to the high-tech style.”

The H-shaped ground floor makes this model a house that can be contemplated from the inside, as it offers cross views from one wing to another and from one floor to another. It is self-sufficient thanks to the spatial richness it generates. Access is via the central room on the ground floor, which opens onto a large entrance hall with a porch and views of the swimming pool or the main garden of the house. This access connects the two wings that divide the floor plan.

The inhaus team prioritised the creation of personalised rooms, designing bespoke spaces. An inHAUS deco project that highlights the qualities of this high-end modular house.

The colour palette consists of very sober tones, but thanks to the furniture, which adds a touch of colour, it is possible to create more cheerful and daring rooms where the whole family can gather.

The double height of the living room allows zenithal light to enter, amplifying the space and making the house comfortable. A house with a modern character, reflected in the materials used for the cladding and flooring.

The interior spaces and customised furniture were designed for the owner family, using high-quality materials, thought out down to the smallest detail, which have created a pleasant and welcoming space. The furniture has been chosen for each space, each use and each occasion. The use of polished textures contrasts with the sumptuousness of the fabrics. A sophisticated interior designed by inHAUS

In the right wing, there is a large kitchen and the necessary service areas and facilities. The kitchen has a very personal touch that adds a cheerful character to the colour palette of the house.

On the ground floor are the living areas – dining room, lounge, kitchen – as well as the master bedroom, which has a full bathroom and a dressing room.

On the first floor, we find the other bedrooms of the house and a bathroom, all of which offer views of the garden.

The modules of this prefabricated house were transported by lorry to the customer's site.
