A luxury modular house with large cantilevers

Luxury house with large Mediterranean-style cantilevers, custom-designed for our clients. At the start of the project, the aesthetics and volume of the house that appealed to the clients belonged to one of our catalogue houses, and it was from this model that the customisation of their house began. A prefabricated house with a total area of 331 m² spread over two floors, with an O-shaped floor plan.

This modular house has two separate wings, the right one consisting of a complete suite with a large dressing room and the left one intended for children, with a playroom included. A façade with striking eaves that emphasise the horizontality of the volume.

A modular house almost entirely equipped by Porcelanosa and featuring a Santos kitchen. Furniture, flooring, wall coverings…

It stands out mainly for its aesthetics, with lateral volume and materials such as technological wood and white single-layer mortar, which give the house and its corbels more volume and personality.

Modular luxury house

Upon entering the house, we are greeted by a high-quality aluminium pivot door, which gives us an idea of the quality of the finishes and details inside the house.

Inside, we find two separate wings with four bedrooms. In addition, the living room has a double-height ceiling that creates continuity between the two floors that make up the house. This living room is also aesthetically separated from the kitchen by a dividing wall with a gas fireplace that brings comfort to the entire room.

The interior flooring throughout the house is wood-effect porcelain stoneware, as is the exterior flooring and even the pool area.

On the side façade, there is a protruding volume covered with engineered wood. This volume stands out from the façade, breaking up the monotony of the side and adding dynamism, while highlighting the staircase and the double-height feature of the house.

A sophisticated interior based
on Porcelanosa, designed by inHAUS

A luxury home fitted out almost entirely by Porcelanosa, both outside and in the most meticulous details of the interior. The staircase flooring, interior and exterior floors, swimming pool, bathroom furniture, 1.60 cm stone washbasin, home accessories… and above all, the kitchen with its aesthetically impressive island.

In addition, the modular house has a fully custom-designed dressing room. Every space, drawer, glass door, lighting… every detail has been thought out and designed to reflect luxury and personality, without neglecting functionality.

Overall, the spaces and interior design project have been tailored to the clients’ tastes, with a modern, geometric style and tone. Every detail has been carefully considered, from the cleanliness and spaciousness to the similarity of the spaces and lines.

On-site assembly

The modules of this luxury modular house were transported by seven lorries to the customer's site.

This luxury modular home, custom-designed by inHAUS, is almost entirely equipped with products from renowned and prestigious brands in the design and construction sector: Rimadesio and Porcelanosa. The installation of the six modules that make up the prefabricated house and the two awnings was completed in just half a day.

The slope of the land was easily overcome thanks to the experience of the inHAUS installation team. Over the coming months, the finishing work on the land and the urbanisation project will be carried out.

A luxury home custom-designed to suit the tastes and needs of its owners, based on a prefabricated house model from a catalogue. A home designed and conceived to reflect luxury and sophistication through the details, fittings and materials from Porcelanosa. Each space highlights the clients’ style and modern geometric tone. Outside, the corbels add dynamism to the façade. These are covered with a single-layer mortar to give the house personality and highlight the corbels and their horizontality.
