Luxury modular home in Madrid, designed and inspired by one of the models in our 111 modular home catalogue the Divonne model. A prefabricated home with a total surface area of 404 m² spread over three floors (ground floor, first floor and basement).

A distinctive exterior design that combines Italian elegance with porcelain stoneware cladding and a Mediterranean style thanks to the use of natural colours and wood-effect ceramics.

An industrialised house custom-designed for a client who is passionate about animals, nature and the outdoor environment. The house is distinguished by its M-shaped layout and a play on design and cube-shaped volumes.

Modular house with a modern architectural style. Design and connection.

This prefabricated house in Madrid consists of three floors, including a basement opening onto an English patio. This patio is visible from all the central rooms of the house, from the basement to the first floor, connecting the house to the outside on another level. A patio connected by concrete stairs.

The façade is covered with wood-effect ceramic tiles for the vertical cladding and porch ceilings, as well as earth-coloured ceramic tiles to reflect the Mediterranean style while retaining the elegance of porcelain materials.

The entire property has the same flooring inside and out, which, combined with the view of the pool and garden from every part of the property and the door that blends in with the façade, ensures continuity between the interior and exterior.

Inside, we highlight unique spaces such as a custom-designed dressing room by the renowned brand Rimadesio.

Design inspired by the Divonne modular house.

The design of this modular house is entirely customised, taking into account the client’s needs and tastes. One of the main requirements was for the house to be open and connected to the outside. This is why the house has several light points, thanks to the different orientation of all the spaces towards the front area where the swimming pool and garden are located. In addition, the presence of multipurpose spaces, such as the cinema room, games room, gym and workshop, was of paramount importance. Not to mention the most special feature, a room dedicated to pets.
