Modular villa in Majorca, pure Mediterranean style
A detached house in pure Mediterranean style
What could be the best example of modular homes in Majorca? Without a doubt, a detached house in pure Mediterranean style with a distinctive character that connects it to the land. Always with the touch of modern design from inHAUS, this prefabricated house features natural stone and white tones on its façade, giving it the identity of Balearic architecture.Prefabricated houses in the Balearic Islands
The design of this villa is inspired by two references from inHAUS’s comprehensive and versatile catalogue. In this detached villa, the Chantilly model from the 111 collection is represented and combined in this attractive project.
The closed, L-shaped cubic design of the house evolves into a perforated cube and an H-shape, still with a more Mediterranean exterior finish. This spectacular design has ultimately become one of the most sought-after Mediterranean-style houses in the catalogue: the Chantilly model.

This interplay and change in volumes are due to the client’s requirements. As the plot is more elongated, the orientation of the house on the plot and its volumes had to be adapted to a more elongated, less wide design.
Natural stone on the façade and a pergola surround the terrace and swimming pool of the house. Designed to take advantage of the view and relaxation space, its design makes it one of the most attractive modular houses in Majorca.
Interior design with open spaces
One of the key features of this exclusive residence in Majorca is the connection between the interior and exterior. The materials used for the façade and exterior, such as natural stone, are also found inside. Prices of modular homes in Majorca
In addition, the continuity of the spaces and their distribution are unique. For example, the wooden pivot door that provides access to the house is only visible from the inside as a moving white wall.
A natural stone staircase
A stone staircase connects the two floors and harmonises the interior and exterior design thanks to the presence of this noble and natural material. The purity of the lines, the powerful perspectives, the fluidity of the spaces and the strength of the whole harmonise the beauty of this house and the purest Mediterranean style.
The master bedroom, with en-suite bathroom and dressing room, is located on the ground floor, complemented by another room that can be used as a guest bedroom.
The ceramic flooring gives way to wood on the upper floor. There are two bedrooms with bathrooms, connected by a corridor-dressing room, and a study or games room.
The spacious living-dining room is separate from the kitchen, thanks to a feature that is prominent in both rooms: a sculptural display cabinet in the kitchen, in front of a large 4.30-metre island, and a fireplace in the living room.

Catalogue-based design
The clients initially chose a model from the Chantilly catalogue, but due to the orientation and length of the plot, it was decided to adapt the aesthetics of the house in order to make the most of the plot and the construction area.
This complex installation was completed in just half a day thanks to the weight of the modules and the materials used for the façade. Our construction system and logistics enable us to transport modules with finished façades made of heavy materials such as steel and natural stone.
