Versatility and elegance in this
prefabricated house in Madrid
Elegant, timeless architecture with innovative touches and echoes of the High style.
This high-end house, based on the pre-designs of Collection 111, showcases all the qualities of an open space and an O-shaped floor plan.
This high-end modular house, located in a prestigious neighbourhood of Madrid, features luxurious finishes and details that make it extremely liveable. The Rivas model, in addition to offering easy adaptations that can make it even more compact, is the paradigm of versatility in the inHAUS catalogue: a house that adapts naturally to elongated plots.
It adapts equally well to rectangular plots and more irregular shapes, even rhombic ones, as is the case here.

Versatility and elegance in this prefabricated house in Madrid
Paradigm of versatility
The living room has a double-height ceiling that rises towards the office. From this vantage point, looking down to the lower level, a powerful visual effect is created towards the wall overlooking the terrace, which seems to levitate unsupported above a large bay window.
This panoramic window, measuring over 7 metres, from Technal’s Soleal range (as in the rest of the house), stands out as one of the other key features of this house. Its six tilt-and-turn sashes and flush rails enhance the feeling of space.
This Madrid house thus opens up completely to the outside. A Mediterranean-style garden of olive trees and gravel blends in with the interior, where the living, sleeping and working areas are completely independent.
Compact size and modern colours
A central corridor divides the ground floor of the house lengthwise and offers a long perspective from one end of the house to the other, from its end to one of its most characteristic and remarkable features: a staircase with a unique aesthetic and multifunctional qualities.
The kitchen, designed by the prestigious Santos company, one of inHAUS’s main partners, features a breakfast table with a view of the swimming pool.
This room is connected to the upper floor, where there is a large home office with optimal lighting. Built on a podium, the staircase and the wall that houses its cantilevered steps serve as a separation between the kitchen and the living room. The oak steps lend absolute elegance to the whole, protected by glass anchored to the ceiling, like a suspended, transparent shield.
On-site assembly
The modules of this luxury modular house were transported by four lorries to the customer's site.
This house from the inHAUS catalogue consists of a total of five modules, plus a canopy, and its layout has become a major asset on a virtually flat plot of land.
Plan and layout
Modular house from a catalogue
The O-shaped layout of this house and its compact volumes create striking lines, with a cantilevered upper floor overlooking the terrace. This design and the anthracite and sand-coloured ceramic exterior cladding give this modular detached house a modern and elegant look.
