A modular dwelling with an interior patio that distributes the space
High-end modular home built in the Spanish capital, Madrid, in a custom-designed Mediterranean style inspired by one of the models in our modular home catalogue: the Chambéry model.
A two-storey prefabricated house with an O-shaped layout. A total area of 275 m² with three complete suites, a games room and an interior patio at the heart of the house that connects the interior and exterior in a unique way.
A prefabricated house where the main porch provides shade for the living area, which faces the swimming pool. In addition, the cube-shaped volume highlights the three main spaces.
Each of these spaces is aesthetically independent and preserves the privacy of the others thanks to its staggered layout.

Prefabricated concrete house Chambéry
Prefabricated house Chambéry. Design and brightness
Inside the house, we find a central feature that brings light to the entrance: the interior patio. This interior patio, located at the heart of the house, further unifies the interior and exterior spaces thanks to the presence of plants.
It is also worth noting that the interior and exterior floors are at the same level, creating a sense of continuity between the spaces. These small details reinforce the connection between the house and the outdoor space.
On the ground floor of this prefabricated house, we find a kitchen that opens onto the living-dining room. To delimit the spaces while maintaining a certain continuity, there are elements such as the interior patio and the wood-covered wall where the television rests.
The panelling on this wall is exactly the same as that on the walls that divide the façade into three spaces, using engineered wood. Thus, by maintaining the aesthetic, we achieve consistency between the interior and exterior while transferring the exterior division to the interior.
A sophisticated interior for a prefabricated house with a private patio
This Chambéry model prefabricated house also stands out for its high-end design elements and details. One example is the suspended staircase connecting the ground floor to the upper floor, where there are three complete suites with dressing rooms, en-suite bathrooms and a children’s playroom.
In addition, the entire house is equipped with floor-to-ceiling doors and recesses, where the space is used to install blinds. The bathrooms feature Mediterranean elements, such as stone textures, wood and white tones.
The other rooms also follow this style, as is the case with the kitchen: warm, white colours, oriented towards the outdoor living area with the swimming pool.

Chambéry model modern modular house
A modular house from the inHAUS catalogue
Design inspired by the Chambéry prefabricated house.
The design of this modular home is based on the Chambéry modular home model. It is customised to suit the needs and tastes of the clients. A home where connection with the outdoors is of vital importance, which is why we find an interior patio in the centre that illuminates the entire ground floor of the house. Furthermore, light is one of the key elements of this design and, in order to preserve privacy, a cube-shaped volume has been used, which allows each space to be private from the outside, while ensuring continuity between the interior spaces.
Plan and layout

The construction of this modular house is based on the interplay of light and shadow. A two-storey house with three full suites, a games room, a living-dining room, a kitchen with pantry and a central feature: the interior patio. The use of an O-shaped floor plan and cubic volumetric design allows light to enter every room in the house, while creating porches and preserving the privacy of the spaces.
