A modular house made of concrete and natural stone in Ibiza
New project completed in Ibiza, this prefabricated house has a total surface area of 332 m² spread over two floors, with a large living area with a swimming pool and garden. Originally, this modular house was based on one of the models in the inHAUS Collection 111 catalogue. In terms of aesthetics and volume, the clients liked the model, which fitted perfectly into the plot, but changes were made to the layout at the request of its future owners.
The design of this prefabricated villa in Ibiza is characterised by the use of high-quality materials both inside and out: white monocouche, natural stone and wood are the key elements of its Mediterranean aesthetic.
The house has a pronounced L-shaped floor plan, with a modular garage projecting outwards to preserve the privacy of the terrace from the street.

Inside the house, there are open spaces with a chromatic harmony in neutral and contrasting tones.
One of the highlights of this Ibiza house is the connection between the interior and exterior, as the materials used for the façade are also found inside, such as natural stone.
This is why we can see a stone wall in the living room next to a wooden staircase that connects the two floors, rising like a sculptural part of the room.
In the other rooms of the house, we can see distinctive design elements such as mouldings, floor-to-ceiling doors and ceramics that reflect a pure contrast.
