A luxury house with a two-storey layout and a basement, with a total area of 358 m², with contrasts both on its façade, to further emphasise its volume, and in its interior, thanks to materials such as technological wood.
The house, built using our EMOHA system, combines the robustness of concrete with the versatility offered by our design. Another great feature of the house is the natural light that enters, which, combined with the open spaces that converge towards the living area, integrates the house perfectly into the landscape.

Prefabricated house in Majorca
Saint-Tropez model
Saint-Tropez prefabricated house
This S-shaped modular house is located in a residential neighbourhood in Bunyola, Majorca. It is another urbanisation project carried out by inHAUS, with a green space of over 1,000 m².
The design of this house, inspired by the Saint-Tropez model, features numerous large bay windows, allowing natural light to flood into all the rooms. The façade is made of technological wood and a white single layer to create contrasts and highlight the volume and aesthetics of the façade.
The clients, who are German, were looking for a residence where they could gather, enjoy themselves and spend their holidays. That is why open spaces, openness to the outside and the living area were essential. The clients, who are developers in Germany, called on inHAUS to find a company that would take care of all phases of the project, from design to optimisation, including construction and urban development.
Design et architecture caractéristiques de la France
Inside the house, we find open spaces with a harmonious colour scheme in neutral tones.
Outside, natural elements such as wood are used, while inside, light colours characteristic of Mediterranean architecture are employed. This high-end modular house features details in several areas that add a touch of distinction.
The kitchen enjoys unobstructed views of the outside thanks to a large panoramic bay window. This feature not only fills this essential space with natural light, but also gives it a special significance.
Inside, design elements such as mouldings and floor-to-ceiling doors stand out. The owners of this industrialised house wanted to take care of every detail of the design of their home and sought advice and guidance from inHAUS at every stage, recognising the care we take with every architectural detail.
On-site assembly
The modules of this high-end modular house were transported by lorry and ship to Majorca.
Customer interview
Herbert, a client who approached inHAUS to build his main residence in Spain
We interviewed Herbert, one of the protagonists of this project. German clients who turned to inHAUS to build their second home, but this time in Spain, close to their family.
Herbert tells us about his experience, the reasons that led him to build his house in Spain and why he chose the Saint-Tropez model (Model Tiana in our Spanish catalogue) as his dream home, which has now become a reality.
« I am very pleased to see the house already built. We flew to Valencia, visited the factory and, having extensive training in project development, I can say that the modular construction I saw there is massive, yes, massive. I really liked it a lot. I was particularly impressed by the discipline and production system you have, which is totally similar to the processes in the automotive industry. »
