Design inspired by Porto-Vecchio for a house with an interior courtyard

A fully customised house has been built in a prestigious residential area of Valencia. The initial project began with the Porto-Vecchio modular house model from Collection 111. However, the versatility of inHAUS’s modular design and the construction system developed by the company made it possible to incorporate all the changes requested by the owners. As a result, the house is now 100% customised.

This detached house has an L-shaped floor plan that creates a porch designed to provide protection from the sun. It is a modern design that prioritises liveability. In addition, these L-shaped forms are highlighted to emphasise the lines of the façade, giving it an elegant rhythm.

The house displays its Mediterranean style through the finishes of the white single-layer mortar façade, with the presence of technological wood.

This Porto-Vecchio prefabricated house is made up of six industrialised modules that form the first floor, where the bedrooms are located.

This high-end prefabricated house presented a challenge due to the uneven terrain. It was decided to build a traditional garage in the lower part so that the house could be raised to ground level. The result is incredible, as can be seen. Although it is a solid garage, it was built to the necessary specifications to make it compatible with the inHAUS industrialised system.

Interior design project

The main materials used to bring this design to life are single-layer and engineered wood, mainly used on the first floor.

The kitchen features neutral tones and floor-to-ceiling cabinets for optimal use of space. In this case, the choice was made to have a kitchen that is not open to the living-dining room, with a central island. The choice of materials for the kitchen, and other rooms, is one of the most exciting moments for the owners of the house.

A luxury modular house in Porto-Vecchio

This high-end single-storey modular house has a basement. The basement, which is not modular, was built in the traditional way using concrete and houses the garage, which is accessible by lift. This level compensates for a 4.5-metre slope on the land.

The first floor houses the bedrooms and spaces that meet the owners’ specifications, with two distinct wings, including the guest wing. It is centred around an interior patio with plants, reminiscent of biophilic design.
