Compact two-storey house

A modular house with a ventilated porcelain stoneware façade

A modern modular house rooted in the culture and architectural tradition of the Balearic Islands. This villa comes from a catalogue of modular houses, but has been redesigned to become a completely customised home.

This house has a vigorous natural aesthetic, offering multiple details of quality and simplicity thanks to its delicate lines and purely Mediterranean materials: porcelain stoneware and aluminium windows that are completely concealed within its walls to achieve maximum openness.

Modular villa with an O-shape on both floors. On the ground floor, we find the entrance hall, which provides access to the rest of the house. Further on, we find the kitchen, which opens onto the dining room, creating a feeling of space.
