This modular designer home, inspired by one of our models from the 111 Collection, adapts to the needs of a context as unique as that of a terraced house.

Natural light has been used to create pleasant and functional spaces, using natural materials and finishes, inspired by the Mediterranean, and in neutral tones.

The careful choice of façade materials, such as light-coloured masonry walls combined with the graphite grey of the energy-efficient PVC joinery, creates a perfect contrast with the house’s surroundings.

The minimalist architecture with its light lines and Mediterranean style, combined with the permeability between the interior and exterior, generates a succession of spaces that flow into one another.

Bright spaces

The visual connection between the interior and exterior links the different rooms of the house and connects them to the courtyard.

The entrance hall of the house has a large cupboard where you can store your belongings and offers spectacular views of the living-dining room and garden.

The kitchen is equipped with the best materials and highest quality appliances. It has everything you need for the smooth running of such an important space in the house and a large area where you can enjoy breakfast and informal meals.

An elegant wooden sliding door connects the living room and kitchen. These are separate spaces, but can be connected as needed.

In the spacious living-dining room, the bedrooms can be seen on one side and the kitchen on the other, while the space between the living area and the sleeping area houses the toilet and a large study with a view of the entrance to the house.

Three bedrooms and two bathrooms make up the most private part of the house. The master bedroom, which has its own dressing room and en-suite bathroom, has direct access to the garden. The other two bedrooms share a large bathroom accessible from each of them.

On-site assembly

The three modules of this prefabricated house were transported by lorry to Valencia.

The seemingly simple installation of this house, consisting of only three modules, required millimetre precision due to its location between two party walls. This circumstance posed no problem for the experienced inHAUS team responsible for the installation.
