A contemporary viewpoint surrounded by nature
This modular house elegantly adapts to a sloping plot surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation. A sober and open design, facing the forest, where the interior and exterior speak the same language.
The porch and large canopy connect the living room to the landscape, while the infinity pool faces the view. The cream-coloured single-layer render façade and dark joinery blend perfectly into the environment.
A project that showcases local materials and chromatic harmony with the pine forest. A house that dialogues with the forest and reinterprets Mediterranean architecture through industrialisation and attention to detail.
Interior design in harmony with the landscape
The house uses natural materials: earthy-toned ceramics, marès stone and neutral floors that blend in with the surrounding pine forest. Large bay windows, framed by warm-toned woodwork, bring the views into the interior space.
The living area is located on the upper floor: the kitchen, living room and office open onto the terrace and swimming pool. The sleeping area is on the lower floor, accessible by a metal staircase that seems to float between the pine trees.
An open patio connects the entrance to a hall and a space dedicated to yoga, extending the atmosphere of calm and serenity that defines the entire project.
Building a house on an island always has something special about it: a short journey by land, then by sea, then by road again.

Customised modular house
The house adapts to a steep natural slope thanks to its layout on two distinct levels. The upper floor houses the living areas — lounge, kitchen, dining room and study — which open directly onto the terrace and swimming pool, creating a platform that opens onto the landscape. The ground floor houses the bedrooms, bathrooms and more private areas, organised around a patio that provides natural light and cross ventilation. On this level, there is also a yoga room, designed as a calm space with a visual connection to nature. The internal metal staircase forms the backbone of the project, ensuring a smooth transition between the two levels and the surrounding pine forest.
