Luxury modular villa summer in Javea

An exclusive summer residence designed for family reunions

Maison de vacances modulaire de luxe à Javea, piscine avec vue sur la mer

This luxurious summer residence in Jávea has been tailor-made for family gatherings every summer. With a Mediterranean façade and summer style, this 572 m² villa has 6 bedrooms and large open spaces for family gatherings.

The whole design of the house is based on a special and particular history. The owners, a Slovakian business family with four children, wanted to build a house that would serve as a meeting point for their children, who each live in a different part of the world with their respective families. The exterior and interior of the house therefore reflect the personality of this family.

This prefabricated house adapts to the irregularities of the terrain thanks to the development of the exterior zone and the three heights that distribute the interior spaces.

The outdoor areas are the most important part of the project because, as a modular house designed for the summer, they will be the most lived-in areas. Therefore, to further enhance the incredible visual landscape from the cliff where the house is located, an infinity pool is used. Views from the pool converge on a glass barrier through which you can see the sea and the best coves in Jávea.

In addition, the outdoor areas include a relaxation area, a golf course, a pickleball court and a greenhouse with 56 different tropical species. This is undoubtedly a house of exclusive design, where luxury is omnipresent.

Interior design with a central element: the piano.

At the entrance to the house, we find a spectacular pivoting wooden door that invites us to cross the open space that welcomes us.

One of the family's daughters is a pianist, so the piano is a central and significant part of the union for them. It was clear to us that it had to be given prominence in the design of the villa, which is why it was strategically placed between the living room and the kitchen. This creates a central point where the family can come together to listen to music and chat.

What's more, the piano is connected to external speakers that allow its sound to be heard from all the outdoor areas of the house, so the family can listen to the music while they're in the pool.

The access corridor, which leads to the lift and staircase, was designed to fit in with the living room. We removed walls and added wooden slats to maintain the impression of a corridor, but with an opening onto the living room. This highlights the open spaces, giving a greater sense of space and connection between the areas.

The imposing triple-height staircase is a key element of the interior architecture, linking the ground floor, first floor and basement. A vast central niche frames the elegant light fittings suspended from the ceiling. The stone and lacquered glass staircase makes this element the visual heart of the house.

This Alicante villa has three floors linked by a stone staircase and a lift. Inside, there is a gymnasium, a games room, a piano and six complete, independent bedrooms for each child and their family.

The kitchen is also an important place for the family: as well as a wine cellar and all the accessories needed for comfortable cooking, it has a large 12-seater table around which to gather and enjoy a relaxed meal. A space open to the living room and the central element: the piano.

In addition, a hidden auxiliary area with sliding doors provides access to more specific spaces such as the utility room and pantry.

The importance of outdoor spaces, urbanisation project

The clean lines, architectural quality and spectacular views make this modular villa in Jávea a dream place to live.

One of the most important aspects of its design is the quality of the outdoor spaces. As this is a project conceived and designed primarily for the summer season, every detail of the outdoor spaces has been taken care of. Porches, overhangs, infinity pool with sea views, pickleball court and fire pit.

Relaxation areas designed to bring the family together and make the most of the Costa Blanca's pleasant climate, taking advantage of the breathtaking sea views that can be admired from all around the house.

Tailor-made design

The design of this luxury home in Jávea reflects the wishes and personality of the owner and his family.

The layout of this summer house takes the form of an O, positioning the piano area and its acoustics as the focal point of the house, a favourite choice for the most demanding design clients. The landscaping of the outdoor area includes more than 56 different tropical species, golf and pickleball courts, and an infinity pool overlooking the sea and the best coves in Jávea.

The diversity of materials used for the façade is harmoniously combined. The white monolayer and natural stone are the highlights that give the house a Mediterranean aesthetic.
