The O-shaped volumes and L-shaped façades are oriented and designed to make the most of daylight.

A modern and welcoming interior

A luxury Mediterranean-style villa, this ensemble of volumes gives rise to a design that harmonises with white single-layer materials, engineered wood and ceramics.

Access to this modular house is via a pivoting wooden door. At the entrance to the house, we find the entrance hall, with an office on the right and a living room on the left. There is also a bathroom next to one of the bedrooms.

The interior design combines noble tones such as wood with neutral shades of grey and white. The overall effect, combined with the lighting, creates a welcoming space.

The kitchen opens onto the living room, creating a greater sense of space. The floor-to-ceiling cabinet design provides more storage space and creates a feeling of spaciousness. The kitchen includes a small wine cellar, and the laundry room is hidden from view, concealed within the compact kitchen cabinets.

The upper floor of the house contains the bedrooms, a master suite and two single bedrooms next to the bathroom. The façade of the house, with its L-shaped volumes, combines different materials such as white single-layer, ceramic and engineered wood. Inside the house, engineered wood has also been used in the floor-to-ceiling joinery, which brings more light into the interior.

From the living room, you can access the large veranda of the house, which leads to the garden and swimming pool, the latter being covered with the same ceramic tiles as the entire outdoor floor.

On-site assembly

The modules of this high-end prefabricated house were transported by lorry to Valencia.
