Modular concrete villa

A unique exterior with an infinity pool and fireplace area.

Luxury residence entirely custom-designed for our clients. A modular house with a total surface area of 283 m² spread over two floors.

An L-shaped layout and classic Mediterranean style with a façade clad in technological wood and white single-layer cladding. A compact-looking house that feels incredibly spacious thanks to the large bay windows that define its structure and the three-metre-high ceilings on the ground floor.

In order to bring dynamism to the house and take advantage of the large difference in ground level, it was decided to create a lateral cantilever that generates a flying effect and breaks up the initial sober and compact structure of the house.

The main objective of the design was to achieve a fluid connection between the interior and exterior, paying the utmost attention to the details of the interior design and urbanisation project, including a spectacular infinity pool in one corner and a fireplace area.

A project in collaboration with the interior designer Claudia de Sousa.

Stunning outdoor area with infinity pool and fireplace corner

The exterior of this modular home is characterised by an infinity pool in one corner, visible from every angle of the house. This is made possible by the large bay windows that converge towards the living area. There is also a chill-out area that connects the kitchen and living room to the outside and the pool.

Another key element in the design of this luxury home is the space dedicated to relaxation, which adds detail and luxury to the outdoor areas. In turn, this chill-out area serves a clear purpose: it is the guests’ favourite place to gather without having to meet inside the house.

The terrain of this project largely determined its architectural design, forcing us to adapt to the significant slope of the land, which was overcome thanks to numerous elements.

Interior design and details in this luxury residence

Once inside the house, on the ground floor we find the master suite consisting of a dressing room and bathroom, with stunning views of the grounds and garden. In the other wing, we find an open-plan living room and kitchen, where the kitchen area is the real star of the show. For the owners of this house, it was essential to have a spacious kitchen area with a large island.

In order to create more space in the interior rooms of the house, the ceilings are three metres high with floor-to-ceiling doors. In addition, large bay windows bring light into the interior, while offering views of the north-facing forest and greater energy efficiency in the house.

On the first floor, there are three bedrooms with their respective en-suite bathrooms, including the guest bedroom.
On-site assembly

The six modules of this luxury modular house were transported by lorry to Barcelona.

inHAUSERS interview

We interviewed Claudia de Sousa, the interior designer we collaborated with on this project, during its implementation in Sant Pere de Ribes. Claudia presented the project to us and explained why she chose inHAUS, highlighting our designs and the values of our homes.

She also detailed the clients’ needs that she had to plan and satisfy with us. Three-metre-high ceilings, large windows to connect with the environment and other details that characterise the project. The collaboration with Claudia as an interior designer was essential in order to meet all our clients’ needs and tastes. The end result is, in Claudia’s words, ‘a spectacular house that exceeds the designs and renderings of the project’.

« It’s spectacular, it even exceeds the renderings and designs. »

Customising an inHAUS modular home

Efficient customised design

This house, customised to our clients’ requirements, features a functional and efficient layout thanks to its large bay windows that bring natural light into the interior. The exterior layout is distinguished by two key elements: the fireplace area and the infinity pool.

The orientation of the house on the plot is designed to maximise energy efficiency.
Plan and layout

Efficient distribution

This modular house has a clear L-shaped layout, with a small wing reserved for the owners' master suite. The construction of this prefabricated house is part of an urbanisation and interior design project, so the design and connection between the interior and exterior were considered from the outset. Inside, there are four bedrooms, three of which are located on the first floor, each with a private bathroom.
