Warmth and functionality, a bespoke design

This high-end modular home, with a surface area of 210 m², comprises a main section consisting of an open-plan space with a living-dining room and open-plan kitchen.

Furthermore, as can be seen, the dining room is equipped with vertical shelving arranged according to the client’s tastes, simulating an entrance hall. This area provides access to the bedrooms via a corridor. In addition, as can be seen, the dining room is equipped with vertical shelves arranged according to the client’s tastes, simulating an entrance hall. This area provides access to the bedrooms via a corridor. These bedrooms consist of a complete master suite, two single bedrooms and finally a guest bedroom.

This custom-designed house meets the new needs of today’s homes. The growing demand for working from home has led to a need among clients for an integrated office at the entrance to the house, in an area adjacent to the living-dining room.

For maximum functionality, there is a porch just inside the entrance. We highlight a footpath paved with elegant slabs and lit by street lamps that invite you to enter and access the interior. Similarly, next to this path, there is a parking area surrounded by printed concrete columns, adapted to the uneven terrain.

One of the main features of this modular house is the use of porches, which bring more space and light to the home and allow our clients to make the most of the outdoor space.

Porcelain stoneware materials in earthy colours that mimic the surrounding nature have been used to ensure that this modular house blends into its environment.

The other porch of the house, which overlooks the swimming pool, is accessible from the living-dining room and has a unique design feature: an opening that allows light to flood in. These porches were created using vertical elements, and their main feature is the interplay of light and shadow, which gives them volume.

The owners, a traditional family with two children, wanted to build an attractive house that made the most of the outdoor space on the plot, in order to enjoy the natural light provided by the landscape surrounding the house. They therefore chose Maisons inHAUS to build what is now their home.

Motivated by the peace of mind that comes with the certainty of manufacturing in a controlled environment such as our facilities, according to rigorous quality standards and with the best services, this family was looking for trusted professionals capable of solving the problem of the uneven slope of the land, which required the design of a customised modular house.
