The architectural firm inHAUS is building a new modern prefabricated house. In this case, it is a custom-built house. It is a special project, a semi-detached house with a very personal style. And an exceptional location: nocturnal.
This modular house was inspired by a model from our 111 Collection catalogue and was ultimately transformed into a bespoke house after being extended to a surface area of 228 square metres.

The concept behind this house was to be able to share different spaces with the family. That’s why it adds more than 62 m² with the dining room and living room to a spacious kitchen, with a relaxation area and sofas. This is the heart of this modern modular house, with a view of the garden.
In addition, in this case, inHAUS is not only responsible for the exterior landscaping project, but also provides a complete interior design study.
Of course, the inHAUS Deco architecture and interior design firm based its design of the three bedrooms, study and other rooms on the owners’ tastes.
In this sense, the kitchen combines a rustic style with a marked modern touch, so characteristic of the inHAUS brand. A light-coloured island harmonises with the wooden finish of the kitchen, which is fully equipped from the moment it is installed.
Stone, single layer and wood
The flexibility and versatility of inHAUS’s design, as well as the wide variety of modular models in the 111 Collection, allow for all kinds of combinations. In this case, the Mediterranean style of this house’s façades perfectly combines three natural materials: stone, single-layer cladding and wood finishes.
For the interior decoration, the inHAUS Deco team selected the best brands to give the whole project a modern and highly functional style for all the furniture. Leading brands such as Sancal, Punt, Papiol, Treku, My Artist Lab, Güell La Madrid, Teulat, Aromas, Marset, Flos and Ondarreta were incorporated into this interior design project.
The installation of this prefabricated house was exceptional: it was carried out at night, without natural light. Thanks to inHAUS’s extensive experience, work on installing the modules could begin in the late afternoon. With the sky already dark, the work was carried out with the usual precision for connecting the house and the foundations.
This was an almost unprecedented installation, inHAUS already had the necessary knowledge for night-time execution. It was carried out with an absolute guarantee and in record time: just 4 hours.
