We have found one of our most special houses. This modular house is divided into two floors with a plot of land that has a considerable difference in height and an O-shaped layout. Its imposing volumes emphasise the lines and the use of noble materials such as technological wood. 
 
 
 
 
A total of 458 m² spread over two floors and a separate annex next to the outdoor area and padel court. Approximately 1,000 m² of green space and urbanisation.

Luxurious interiors: designs that define spaces

Next to the hall are the stairs leading to the ground floor, where the entire living area is located. On this floor, there is a bedroom with a private bathroom. This floor also houses the kitchen, equipped with floor-to-ceiling cupboards, and the living-dining room, which is completely open, giving a greater feeling of space. Next to the living-dining room is a small semi-open cinema room.
 
 
This ground floor provides access to the veranda and the main garden, where the swimming pool and tennis and padel courts are located.

Next to the hall are the stairs that give access to the ground floor, where the whole day area is located. On this floor there is a bedroom with en-suite bathroom. 

This floor also houses the kitchen area equipped with floor to ceiling cupboards and the living-dining room which is completely open plan giving a greater sense of spaciousness. Next to the living-dining room there is a small semi-open cinema room.

Through this ground floor there is access to the porch and the main garden where we find the swimming pool and the tennis and paddle court.

Another unique feature of this magnificent house is that the garden provides access to an annexe separate from the main house. This annexe is equipped with a kitchen, a living/dining room and a full bathroom.
 
Among the materials used for this house, the façade features ivory-coloured Petralava ceramic cladding, combined with engineered wood and Kline grey joinery.
 
The exterior cladding of the house is also made of Petralava ceramic, which extends throughout the house, including the terrace and swimming pool, giving a greater sense of continuity.

Undoubtedly, one of the differential elements of this luxury property are its facilities. It has a paddle tennis court next to an annex area with a games room, kitchen and toilet.

The modules of this prefabricated house travelled by lorry to the Spanish capital.

This inHAUS house is one of the most special ones we have built so far. It has two floors on a steeply sloping plot and was built in a single day with complete success.

Custom design

The design of this luxury prefabricated house reflects the owner’s desire for personalisation. The layout of this detached house clearly forms an O shape, thus resolving the unevenness of the terrain thanks to several access points to the house. It offers wide views in the best directions, while maintaining optimal coverage and privacy.
 
The diversity of materials used for the façades blends harmoniously. The ceramic cladding and engineered wood, which connect the house to its surroundings, are particularly noteworthy.
