The Saint-Paul-de-Vence modular house is built as a prefabricated house with a minimalist design, where the modules themselves shape the space and aesthetics of the house.

Two volumes well separated by floors are moved between them, offering porch spaces and almost free shading. The appearance of large windows makes the house minimalist and with dominant views.

On the ground floor, all the spaces open onto the garden, with the island kitchen, dining room, living room and master bedroom. The minimalist staircase dominates this space thanks to its spectacular double height, giving the image of an elegant home and generating views as you go up. On the ground floor, it is always interesting to have a bedroom complete with bathroom and dressing room, which can also be used for guests. Another WC is needed on this floor and is located next to the entrance, very functional, and also hidden behind the wardrobes.

The first floor is characterised by the size of its rooms: three bedroom suites with en suite bathrooms and dressing rooms make the house a true spatial luxury. The layout is completed by the continuous terrace that serves all the bedrooms.
