At inHAUS, we build your dream home in just 5 months. Then, we transport your prefab house from our architecture studio and factory in Valencia to any location, by road or by sea. We adapt the designs of our modern concrete houses to the building regulations of each country and the special transportation requirements for each shipping method.
Our service is comprehensive and complete. We offer a turnkey, closed price system from the outset. In other words, the price and delivery time is guaranteed from the start. This means no price increases and no delays.
inHAUS takes care of the entire process from start to finish, from the design of the house to the construction and final delivery. We also offer, as an option, the complete interior design and furnishing of the entire house, using only premium quality, designer brands and companies. We can even execute the construction of a swimming pool or prefabricated swimming pool and, in collaboration with a local architectural firm, a complete garden and exterior landscaping project.

In this sense, all the models in our 111 Collection are easily customisable and can be adjusted to the preferences and needs of each client.
What are our prefab houses like? inHAUS modular homes are top of the range, with a guarantee of the highest quality and the best finishes. They are much more sustainable houses; our manufacturing process achieves a significant reduction in waste generation and we are increasingly using recycled and reusable materials. The structures of our houses are made from concrete and steel and 86% of the components can be recycled and reused.

In this way, we can provide our clients with the best experience when creating their future home, accompanying them from the very first idea to the final handover of the keys.
